Please note this is exclusive of any additional customs and duty charges. International orders will be sent by New Zealand post economy courier and a signature will be required. Alternative delivery options are possible on request. Please allow 4-6 weeks for international deliveries from processed order date.

DISPATCH

Orders are processed within normal business hours NZ time Monday to Friday 9am -5pm, excluding public holidays. Your item will be made to order from scratch, estimated New zealand delivery times are 3-4 weeks from when your order has been placed and 4-6 week for international orders, unless otherwise in stock. For urgent /special delivery orders please contact info@empireofgenius.co.nz to see if we can help. Items are delivered through NZ post couriers and a signature will be required. We are unable to deliver to P.O boxes.

DUTY AND TAX

It is important to note that some destination countries may apply a duty tax upon arrival. This charge will not be payable by Empire of Genius and will be the responsibly of the buyer.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

A copy of your receipt will be provided via email. A hard copy of your receipt will also be provided upon receiving your purchase. Please keep a copy of your receipt in case you wish to exchange your purchase. We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the dispatch of your order. The item must be unused in its original condition with all tags attached and in its protective bag. Before an item is returned, email the details for return and/or exchange requirements to info@empireofgenius.co.nz. If exchanging you will need to check availability of stock. We will need 3-4 weeks to exchange your item once your exchange has been accepted. We will not accept returns after 14 days from dispatch. Delivery charges for returns and exchanges will be at the buyers expense unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a track and trace postage service and insurance.  Empire of Genius will not accept liability for delay, loss, or damage caused in transit on returned items. Sales through our online store can not be exchanged at any of our stockists. Returns and exchanges from items purchased through our stockist will need to be organised through the original place of purchase. 

INSURANCE

Items are insured by Empire of Genius until signed on delivery. Orders are tracked and traced and require a signature upon arrival.

GUARANTEE

Empire of Genius uses premium quality leather and hardware in all its products. We meticulously cut and construct all your orders by hand, avoiding obvious marks and flaws. If you believe your item is not up to our high standard of quality please inform us at info@empireofgenius.co.nz within the first 12 months from purchase and we will do what we can to repair or replace your item in the original style you ordered within 4 weeks of the assessment of your product. Items that are damaged as a result of wear, tear and no care will not be considered faulty. The textural cut and slash detailing of these items are what gives them their unique beauty, treat these with respect, and if snagged, gently untangle or unattach. Forcibly torn items will not be considered faulty.
